    I’m inquiring about qualifying for a jumbo loan after a foreclosure. I understand that the current conventional loan rules disqualify and applicant with a foreclosure within loan 7 years. Mine foreclosure happened five years ago. I’m requesting a loan of about $1.5M with a credit score of about 680. I make plenty of income to qualify but stuck on the 7 year rule. Can you help?

    I need help on getting a loan. I have Lexington law firm working on and clearing up my debt. I forclosed on my home due to disability issues. I make 70- 100.000 dollars a yr at Ford motor company. I been working there since 1996. 22 yrs. I cant get anyone to give me a loan. Please help before i go homeless.

    I’m 2.5 yrs post foreclosure, I have guaranteed income and ready to buy our forever home. With a credit score around 620, do I even have a chance? Also, I’d like to move out of state & go back to Michigan to be near family, is this possible? Last question, do you only do jumbo loans? We are looking for a small home loan that we’d like to pay off within 10 yrs. Thank you!

    We are looking for a home loan as we have the 10% down. We had a short sale almost a year ago. Is this possible with a low interest rate? However we were approved but the interest rate was 8.5% way to high…
